Account deletion
Request deletion of your Orves Shifts account
Orves Shifts is used by invited restaurant staff. If you want your staff account and associated app data deleted, you can request deletion by email.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to zamirjabarkhail2015@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Orves Shifts account.
- Include the email address you use to sign in to Orves Shifts.
- Include your restaurant or location name if you know it.
What data is deleted
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize account information connected to the staff account where possible, including profile details, app login access, device push tokens, notification preferences, and related mobile app data.
Data we may keep
Some records may be kept when required for restaurant operations, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup retention. Examples can include schedule history, audit records, payroll/time records, and business records that the restaurant is required to keep.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Backup copies may take longer to expire from normal backup systems.
